Job Description:

Candlewood Lake Elementary School is seeking excellent ABA Paraeducators to join our team! 

Location: Brookfield Public Schools- Candlewood Lake Elementary School
Position Type: Full-Time - Including Summer School 

Key Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers in supporting special needs students' learning and development.
Provide one-on-one support for students with diverse learning needs.
Assisting with communication, social skills development, and daily living skills.
Monitor and manage student behavior to ensure a positive learning environment.
Implementing behavior interventions as directed by a BCBA or special education teacher.
Collecting data on student behaviors and progress.

Qualifications:
Strong interest in working with students and making a positive impact in their educational journey.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Patience, dedication, and a passion for education.
At least 60 college credits or have taken and passed the ParaPro exam.
